I had been in the store a few times before making my purchase and they'd been pleasant enough. It wasn't until I received my crib and found that it was misrepresented in the stores brochures that I had the problem. The owner admitted that the actual crib had a design change from what was outlined in the brochure but REFUSED to do anything about it. He gave us a ""tough luck"" attitude. After many complaints and phone calls, he offered to give us only 60% of our money back if we decided to return it. The absolute worst customer service experience ever especially considering how overpriced their furniture is.
