I live in a community with an association. The lawn maintenance is voted by the residence. The maintenance this summer has been poor at best. I reached out to our mangement company the day of my last mowing asking for the owner of Customer Cuts to call and/or stop by so I can show him the problems I'm having. He showed up 6 days later when the grass was ready to be mowed again and stated he couldn't see anything wrong. I pointed out the areas and he stated that is from the wheels. It runs over the grass then it doesn't get cut. HELLO..... anyone can figure that out. I then asked why he didn't call or come earlier and he stated the Management Company didn't provide him with a phone number and oh, by the way, I don't want it. Not only is this bad lawn maintenance, it's bad customer service by the owner himself.
