Avoid moving in, you will reget it 1/28/2007

The good-The parking on the right side of the building is adequate. The bad-It takes an average of over a week to get someone here to fix anything, if they show up. They replace the carpets after every tennent moves out because the carpets are so cheap (expect to pay for it). The paint on the walls is also cheap. Everything marks it up. We have found live and dead r o a c h e s in the building. There is garbage all over the parking lot. I do not reccomend moving here. Pros: The parking on the right side of the building is ok Cons: Everything else more

DO NOT MOVE HERE 1/27/2007

this place S U C K S! The apartments are horrible, there are R O A C H E S, the maintenence staff is never there when you need them, they dont want to fix things, (ie. i told them i had screens missing from my windows and they told me that there was nothing they could do about it. Total B U L L.) You have a lot of asses in here that dont have ANY COMMON COURTESY whatsoever. They blast the musis at all hours of the day. The owner , in my opinion, is a slumlord. You do what you want, but i definitly dont recomend this place to anyone. Pros: NON Cons: EVERYTHING more

this apartment complex is an okay apartment complex it is very crowded in the back but open in the front at times it can be loud othertimes quiet Pros: good parking, quiet Cons: expensive, crowded more
