The only reason I rated them a one is because it did't give me an option to rate them a 0! This place is poorly staffed and if you put your family member in this nursing home you can guarantee they WILL NOT be taken care of! Not only do they not have enough stuff but the staff they do have only cares about making money. They will lie to you and tell you they are the best in town and they have high ratings, but the high ratings they got was almost 3 years ago! They will also tell you anything and sweet talk you to get you to come there. Then once they have you there you will be trapped.
