Disappointed. Crestview Paint & Body has had my 2010 Genesis Coupe for 41 days now with no end in sight. The initial estimate was $4,600 in damages and now they have managed to find an additional $6,000 that was overlooked on the initial inspection. They are up to $11,000 for a moderate right passenger side collision. They still haven't been able to provide any realistic return date for my vehicle. We appreciate CPB paying our $500 deductable, but unless they are also going to start taking over the $500+ monthly car payment, we'd really like to have our car back. We have already exceeded our rental car allowance of $1,500 waiting for my car to be repaired. Each time we call to get a status, we are put on hold for 5 to 10 minutes minimum while they go find out. Once they return, we are always told that they had to do some minor thing and that they are shooting for the end of the week to have our car back to us. For the first 3 weeks, we were understanding, now here in week 7 it's getting pretty old. We've even asked to speak directly with Ed Lowe, we have yet to have him available or to return our call. We feel that since Crestview Paint & Body has already received payment from our insurance company, that our car has been pushed to the side. We will NOT return here again with our vehicles.
