Crestview Animal Hospital has been serving Greeneville from the Industrial Rd. location for 37 years. Dr. John McGruder began the practice in 1974 and Dr. Bob Thorpe purchased it in April 1981. At that time it was a mixed practice caring for pets and livestock. The practice has evolved to being an exclusively small animal practice (although many of our canine friends may not fit that description!). Our motto is "Pets Are Our Specialty" and while many of the patients who come through the door are dogs and cats, we also see birds, reptiles/amphibians, rodents and other small mammals. The clinic was remodeled in 2007 and the expansion afforded room for cat condos, an isolation room for contagious disease, a small aviary, and outdoor runs for daytime use. We have offered grooming and boarding services continuously since 1975. Dr. Bob has 30 years experience and in 2009 Dr. Beth Morrell joined the staff as an Associate Veterinarian with over 21 years of experience. Additionally we have a large support staff available to see to the needs of our patients and our clients.
