Got the service i asked for,no hidden cost like jiffy lube and others.The last few times my car was serviced by these quick lube centers i was robbed. They performed service that wasnt required.For those out there be aware an oil change could cost up to 300$ From now on my service will be performed by crestmont.keep up the good work.\r more

I just purchased a new vehicle this past January 2013, need to have tire checked because it had a slow leak, did not have a pre scheduled appointment, was able to come in, have tire replaced, good experience. I have been coming to your service department for a few years now other than one experience about a year ago it has always been a good experience\r more

Made appointment for an oil leak that was spotted at the last oil change. Why make appointments for service? I don't think it makes any difference. People would ask cust. service how long for their car to be finished and it always the same answer. The paper work is being finished it will be 10 minutes.\r more

There was a recall to fix the windows in the 2009 Camry. I also took this opportunity to have the car serviced before Winter sets in. As usual, we were treated cordially and professionally. The customer waiting room is comfortable and coffee brings a touch of home. It is nice to receive a message to remind me of an appointment as well as a follow-up message. I could get used to this! more
