On 7/10/15 I brought my 2013 XTS in for a schedule oil change, when I pulled into the service bay I waited for 20 minutes and not one service advisor approached me. I got out of my vehicle and a service maintenance person asked my if someone has helped me. I told him "No". While I was inside my vehicle waiting I notice the (2) female service advisor look at me, but they continue talking to each other while the (1) of the male advisor was helping a customer, the other male was at his desk.
The service maintenance tech asked me to move my car up because I was holding up the line. He then began checking my wheel alignment. I then walked inside the service area to the male advisor at the desk and told him that I have a 3:15pm schedule oil change and that I have been waiting over 20 minutes, he said " We are busy".
He then checked me in. After the service was complete the same advisor told me my vehicle was ready and give a copy of service paper. He did not confirm the results of my wheel alignment, he just handed me the service paper.
I have purchased several vehicles from Crestmount and the sell staff has always been great, But you service department personnel are the horrible. They lack the interpersonal skills to deal with the public, lack skills on how to deal with irate or upset customers. In the future to avoid any more bad experience from you service department, I will have my vehicle serviced at another Cadillac dealership.
This not the first complaint I made about the service department, but it will be my last.
