I went to lease a new 2011 Infiniti G37, and it has been a giant headache ever since. I entered the dealership with my cosigner, and we were both told to sign all papers digitally...

Prompt and quick! 6/6/2012

I was in a hurry to get my battery checked and replaced because I could start the car just as I was about to go out of town and the battery problem had already made me late. The Crest service persons who dealt with me understood the situation and did what they could to get me out quickly. The service still took quite a while, but I’m confident that they in fact did what they could. more

THE BEST EXPERIENCE! 3/30/2012

This was the BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had. It was fast, easy and painless. The whole transaction took less than an hour compare to the hours and days it took with other dealerships that I had dealt with in the past. I also received numerous follow-up phone calls after taking ownership of the vehicle, which never happens with the other vehicles that I purchased elsewhere more

Thankful 1/10/2012

I have never had a better experience purchasing a car. Not even close! I am so happy with me sales person and the dealership. I was in a bad place with my other car. 200,000 plus miles and two more years on the note. Mr. Sabu really helped me out with a reliable used car. And low payments even though I was upside down on my other car. Great experience! I’m so thankful I stopped by that day! more

Good staff 1/3/2012

They have a very convenient waiting area in the service dept. and courtesy cars are always clean and full of gas so you don’t have to go to the service station. The PR guy Dewayne is very helpful in assisting when needed. Also, Linda, the assistant to the GM is very nice. Mile Malone, my salesman was great. Mr. Riahi the aftermarket guy is also very nice. Mike Brosin has a really good staff. more
