I would buy another Cadillac from Crest simply because of their Service Department. Although all are kind, reliable and trustworthy, Jeff Cost has been amazing. I live in Franklin TN and it would be much easier to go to the nearby Cadillac dealership for my service needs, but all it took was one time, to know I will never do that again. I can count on Jeff Cost to be completely honest with me and he never tries to upsell me on anything. I have always been able to come same day for basic service and if my car needed more work than expected, I was always offered a loaner and/or ride to and from home. more

I've never lived in Nashville, and I've never owned a Cadillac. Yet despite multiple efforts to use the automated system to unsubscribe from these stupid e-mails I get weekly about a vehicle I've never seen, and multiple responses to the emails specifically asking to be removed, Nothing has been done about it. I mean, if you want to give me a Cadillac, I'll continue to keep getting your e-mails. Otherwise, maybe a 1 star rating will be enough to get you to leave me alone? more
