I was embarrassed and appalled by the service received for an expensive corporate event. For a 75+ person outing, there was one kitchen staff/chef. There was no waitstaff or additional kitchen assistants. Dinner was served over an hour after the last person had come in from golf. There was one bartender who had also served as a drink cart person, so she was not back inside until after many golfers had already finished.
This doesn't even account for the fact that the greens were in such poor condition, it was essentially useless to bother putting.
This is not an appropriate venue for a corporate outing.
