Crescenta Valley Insurance has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I had never taken out insurance before, and had such a positive, supportive experience when interacting with the staff. I had highly specific needs, and was pleasantly surprised with how accommodating the office was. In a time when phone calls to businesses frequently result in dealing with computers and outsourced staff, it is so refreshing to simply pick up the phone and speak directly with someone on the other line. CVI's staff was prompt and transparent when responding to both email and phone inquiries. I would recommend them to my friends anytime. more

Definitely would recommend Crescenta Valley Insurance to all my friends and family! As an independent agency, they have the ability to tailor policies for their customers which is nice. Rick was extremely helpful and customized a policy that fit my needs as well as my budget. Bundled my homeowners and auto and saved a ton of money that I wouldn't have saved elsewhere. more

CVI is the best! I used to have my insurance with GEICO and I am so happy I switched. The customer service was terrible with Geico and I could never speak to a customer service rep. It was constant recordings nand other nonsense. At CVI I can call anytime and my problem will be addressed both quickly and efficently. The people at CVI care about me and my insurance needs which is refreshing. Rick and his team are outstanding. I'd recommend this place to friends and family in heartbeat! A+ more

BEST Choice for Businesses 6/21/2010

We already had commercial insurance for our building when our agent called to ask if they could help our employees in any way. This was an unexpected but welcome call! CVINS helped our entire staff set up their 401K's with our company, & they now have a better understanding of their finances & the benefits of having a plan for the future. Because they were introduced to CVINS through our company, we wanted to be sure CVINS treated all our employees well & that they were all comfortable with the knowledge they received - as we felt our reputation was now linked with Crescenta Valley. We did not need to worry, it's been 8 months & all of our staff is very happy with the service, in fact a number of employee spouses have also remarked on them too! We would like to thank Crescenta Valley for their incredible diligence & care for each of us as their customers, and as members of the community. Great job everyone! CVI is great! 6/21/2010

CVI is a great community oriented and freindly insurance agency. After my first car accident, they saved me a lot of money and were able to keep my rates low. The staff is knowledgeable and always gets back to me in a timely fashion. I've only had great, positive experinces with them, and recomend CVI to all my freinds. Pros: fast quotes, and low rates! more

I've been with numerous insurance agents over the years. With 3 kids & 2 adults under one roof, rates & information can be truly overwhelming. A friend recommended this office to me & after just 1 visit we changed all of our policies over to them. They were so friendly & gave us all the information we needed & some we didn't know we needed, & saved us a ton of money by showing us different discounts & options our family was eligible for. With so much at stake I wouldn't think of going anywhere else, we owe a BIG ""THANK YOU!"" to Crescenta Valley Insurance!
