I graduated from the 3-month Beverage Mgmt course, and right out of school, I entered a cocktail competition in Chicago, which I won, all because of the passion and instruction I received at Crescent. Now, I'm a bartender/mixologist for Vanguard Lounge downtown, and I blog as the Resident Mixologist for the National Restaurant Association! Great facilities, great instructors with a wealth of knowledge and insdustry experience. USBG members, too! They also have a 3-week intensive course, as well. And, they're the only school in the nation that's nationally accredited, so they can offer Financial Aid!
