My a/c went out and I am a single mother with 2 small children. I can't afford to have any extra bills thrown at me in the month. I called Crescent and it was only a blown fuse. The technician was honest enough to tell me it was only a fuse and charged me $25.00!!! I couldn't believe it!!! Now you know any other company would have searched for something else to be "wrong" to make the bill higher. I couldn't be more grateful. I recommend them to everybody that I know and I haven't heard one complaint from anyone. Thanks Crescent you helped me when I was in need and you will get your kindness back ten fold. more

WHAT A RELIEF 8/8/2011

I am so glad that Crescent is in my life. Last week my a/c died and it was 95 degrees in my house. I have a new baby and can't afford to get a hotel room or to buy a new a/c. But as you know it always happens at the worst time, I needed a new a/c. Crescent helped me out by putting me on a payment plan with NO INTEREST! They are so customer friendly and really want to help. I can't thank them enough. Pros: null Cons: null more

WHAT A GREAT COMPANY!!! 8/1/2011

I called Crescent and I was pleasantly surprised by their excellent customer service both over the phone and in my home. My air conditioner is very old and needed a new part, Crescent gave me the option to replace the part or change out my unit. I was so glad that they were honest enough to let me know that they could actually repair my unit instead of just automatically telling me that I needed to replace it because it was so old. And because of that honestly my husband and I decided to replace the unit. I am going to recommend Crescent Refrigeration to all of my friends because these days it's really hard to find such an honest and friendly company. more

AWESOME SERVICE 4/14/2011

Crescent Refrigeration installed out new air conditioning system and they did an outstanding job, It is rare these days to have someone do exactly what they say they are going to do. Crescent did just what they said they would when they said they would do it. I highly recommend Crescent Refrigeration. more
