Great people to work with. I had some items that I was not sure about and brought them in . I was wise, and I did check around at other stores- but Bill @ Crescent did offer me the highest price in the area and even took the time to give me a free evaluation on some items I had no intention of selling. Don't waste your time going to these people. First of all, I thought it would be good to sell some silver pieces, but after speaking with them, I realized that they only wanted to pay you the lowest price possible: they actually offered me $100 for the same item I went to another jewelrey store who gave me $995! I get they are going to turn it around and sell it to someone else, so they have to make a profit, but these people should have learned that TWO PEOPLE SHOULD LEAVE A DEAL OR BUSINESS TRANSACTION FEELING GOOD. They missed that like they missed a lot of things. Additionally, the three reviews that are posted are actual stories the scam artists, er, I mean, sales people/buyers tell to other customers. So, they actually posted the reviews themselves. It is absolutely ficticous! You can pay about $450 to have a BBB rating and that is what they did. Look, just don't learn the hard way from these people. It's just not worth it. Well, actually, it may end up hurting your pocket book and other things as well. I saw many other people that were leaving dissatisfied and thought, "Oh it must be them." But, then I learned it wasn't. I think they want people to be ignorant and just give something to them. Well, if they did, they learned a lesson! After speaking with the con artists, I also learned that they didn't have their story straight. The said this company has been in existance for almost 30 years. Well, if they posted a dba since 1999 and it is 2011, that is not 30 years from any math. I really wish I never met these people. My family inheirated a coin collection, we shooped around and talked to a few stores. Once we talked to Bill at Crescent we knew we wre in the rite place. He made us feel at home we felt he was honest and genuine taught us alot about what we had. We decided to sell our whole collection to him for the amount of 46,000 dollars. Better quality at lower prices than all big retailers. Plus all diamonds I looked at were GIA certified (huge Plus!). I will shop there again for anniversaries and Christmas. more

Very reasonable pricing compaired to other stores of similar services. We've taken many watches in to be fixed, and have always had good service. You can also pick up batteries and other various parts so you don't have to buy a new one. They also have things like military antiques that people bring in for sale like medals and weapons. It's almost worth your time just to go in so you can see some of these items on display. Basically, it's a small store with a lot of variety, and fun for browsers and shoppers alike.
