Ok, where do I begin? Lets start when we first moved in. When we moved in they had us owing money. Who lets you move into a place owing money? Then On top of that we paid 2 deposits when we moved in with out even knowing it. They are money hungry here. Its not like the economy isn?t bad enough with out them scamming you for every dime you have. I will admit my husband was between jobs and we were having a rough time. We got behind on a payment or two. But then they told us that we owed 1600 dollars. There was no way we owed that much money. They had court cost on there when we never got court papers or went to court. Now we only ended up paying 1400 dollars bc the manager said he was going to take off the court cost. But he never did and since then we have had every payment on time and we get a letter on our door saying that we owe 764.00 we were mad, didn?t know what to do. We went up there to talk to him about it and there were so many people up there complaining that their rent was wrong that we were just going to wait till the next day. Well, the next day came and we came to find court papers in the mail. For 410.00. We had one receipt for 335.00 that would have left 75 dollars well we didn?t have that receipt. but 75 was better then 410.00 so we were just going to pay it. We went to court one and a half weeks later and it went from us owing 75.00 to 1200.00 How does that happened in a week in a half? my rent is only 649.00 a month. or 162.25 a week. so how did I owe 1200 in a week in a half? They are money hungry for every dime you have. not only that but they get the water bill and divide it up between everyone that lives in there. So you are paying for everyone?s water. Myself, we don?t use much. So we don?t think its fair. Then my husband and I did some math today. The total for one years rent is 7,788. We have been here 6 months and has paid 5,050. so that leaves us paying more then a years half, at the half years mark. Where did my money go? So I guess we are going to be moving soon bc we don?t want to keep getting ripped off. I?m telling you, DONT move here you will regret it.
Pros: nice homes
Cons: bad managment.
