Creekside Mobile Home Park

I've been living in Creekside for a few years now and overall this is a wonderful place to raise a family or retire. The staff are dedicated to the needs of the community and have strict rules and regulations which help keep the community top notch. There is a nice swimming pool, everyone has their yard fenced in and you can even get a second lot for a bigger yard. Overall I have enjoyed living here and would recommend moving a home to Creekside. Pros: Clean, tidy community Cons: not for people who don't like rules more

This is the first time I have given a review on anything. I am a disabled RN who lives in Creekside Mobile Home Park. The property is well kept by the residents who all own their own homes. Creekside management is more ""business like"" than friendly. They have many mandated rules to protect the appearance of the Park, but have no compassion to a resident who may be ill and unable to ""mow their lawn to the parks specified rules"" or any other personal needs. They impose ""fees"" upon their own discretion as to the violation of these ""rules"" and collecting fees seems to be more important to them than providing a pleasant living environment. If you like strict enforcement of rules that are attached to a monitary fine, this is the place for you.
