I had my car in last week to get some repairs done and, as usual, had a great experience! They fit me into the schedule for diagnostics and repair even though they were full and worked extremely hard to finish my car in one day so that I had it back for the weekend. Steven was my point of contact and he listened to my concerns and made sure that the truck was repaired correctly. You can probably find cheaper shops but I have used many places and I always come back to Creech b/c of the level of professionalism and proficiency they offer. Definitely recommend using Creech for all your auto repair needs, whether an import or domestic car or truck (like mine). more

Honest, on time, on estimate 2/8/2012

I took my car to Creech to have the brake pads replaced following a sound coming from a front wheel. I thought I would need the front and rear pads replaced, but they explained that I still had adequate rear pads to last another 5-10k miles. That level of honesty is unheard among car mechanics in my experience. Also, they said it would take 2 hours and it was ready earlier, another plus, and the final price was exactly as quoted (and reasonable compared to other estimates I received). I highly recommend Creech and will be going back for my next repair/maintenance. Pros: null Cons: null more

I have an 18 year old Mitsubishi 3000GT that Creech has worked for at least 10 years. They service it for me, and repair it every now and then. They have always done a very good job, and I've never had any complaints. Nat Garrison more

Personable and accommodating. 5/10/2011

We started out using Creech Import Repair in the 1990s for our Isuzu Trooper. We have had several Isuzu Troopers since. Now we take several vehicles to them for all our mechanical work and for things like oil changes. They are convenient, personable, and after all these years we consider them friends. They are very accommodating. We have never had a problem with their work where we needed to go back, but I know that if we did they would be willing to take us right back in. They are extremely friendly. It is an entire family, and we know them all. They are very personable, and they are happy to get to know their customers. more

Very pleased, honest with quote and did great job. 4/25/2011

I had taken my car to Toyota dealership and they wanted $1,500 for repair. Dealership said I needed work done that I did not. I wanted a second opinion so I called Creech Auto, they looked at car and explained I did not need all repairs. Fixed for $177 more

Creech Import Repair is totally awesome. They are some of my most favorite people on the planet. The company really has great people and great service. I recently moved away from that area, but Stan has taken care of my cars for 12 years. Never once was I disappointed. He provides incredible service, and the quality of work is excellent. You shouldn't take your car anywhere else but Stan's shop. They are dependable, trustworthy, and just good people. I have been very, very pleased with their service. more

Excellent mechanics with integrity 3/16/2011

Creech import repair has been servicing 2 of our 100,000 mile plus Nissans of mine for about 3 years. For us, the repairs have run to gauntlet from timing belt replacements to plastic wheel well re-attachment. When I bring my cars to Creech, I have complete comfort knowing that they are going to try their absolute best to diagnose a problem correctly and fix it. If the problem isn't severe or can't be completely diagnosed they are not going to blindly recommend repairs. The repairs that they have done have been done well and completed in a timely fashion. They don't over-promise and will let you know if it will take 3 days before they can diagnose your car. When they do a repair they charge for it. When a repair is not necessary they will not do it. I greatly respect that honesty and integrity and do not mind paying a fair amount for service provided. As a result, I will not take my car anywhere else unless absolutely necessary. more

I've been going to Creech Import for several years. I wish they were closer to me, but I'll keep driving the thirty miles to get there. They have always treated me fairly. I have a strong confidence in them that they'll get things done right. They are completely trustworthy. I highly recommend them, especially if you're in the area. I have always had a very good experience with Creech Import. Every time I go in there they have been very professional. They always repair the things I need them to, and don't bother me with things I haven't asked for. They do it correctly the first time, and I've never had any problems. I would highly recommend Creech Import. more

I feel that they really look after our vehicles and take an interest in keeping our cars running optimally. I TRUST their recommendations and if they can't do something they admit it and offer suggestions that work in my best interest not necessarily what works out best for them. They are always competitively priced and really try to accommodate schedules. more

Exceptional....I am usually very skeptical about the Auto Everything(Dealers,Repair Shops....). However with working on my 4WD 4Runner last week I need to say they are the exception. I was able to verify my technical beliefs and go the most precise answers on what needs to be done. One can be assured and I believe not get ripped off with services at Creech. more
