I had rented from there for 2 years and paid off 5 big items in that time I still had 3 items left to pay off when i was temp let go from my job they took their stuff back which was fine. 2 days later I came in and asked the manager Carlos if I could use my coupon I recieved from them to get 2 weeks free so my family could have a TV cause ours broke. They told me NO cause they had to come pick up their stuff from me. To me when you have a good customer and you treat them like that ..its pretty sad I will no longer buy anything from them ever again and I will refer anyone to stay away from them ..they are friendly to you as long as your giving them money! They have no sense of customer service or gratitude for anyone! BTW I had gotten my job back and could afford to get my stuff back but now I will rent from a rent-a-center or aaron's.
