Erroneous Report to Credit Bureau 2/29/2012

I had the same issue. My account was paid in full in a timely manner but they still reported it to the credit bureau. My score dropped 20 points. I immediately called and they said ""Oh, that shouldn't have been reported, we'll have that taken off your report"". Wow! more

Most Incompetent Agecy Found Yet 6/19/2010

All people who have had accounts mishandled by Credit Control Corporation please contact daleg@europe(dot)com with your information and situation for possible inclusion in legal suite. How can a company make a mistake about an account that had been paid - REPORT IT TO A CREDIT AGENCY - then to have COX their client tell them the account was paid ON TIME and there wasn't supposed to be a collection matter - TAKE 30 DAYS TO UPDATE THEIR CREDIT FILE, NEXT STOP THE COURTS - anybody want to join ? Pros: Completely Mishandled Account more
