Great Doctors 12/23/2011

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. jeff since birth. We have seen all the doctors there (Dr. Tim saw her in the hospital and Dr. Rob and Dr. Lisa both saw her on a sick visit) they are all very good and I trust theior medical opinions. Dr. jeff came highly regarded by 2 friends who are both nurses at Children's. more

I do not like them. 4/5/2011

The medical care is fine but the staff can be rude. I took my daughter in very sick during walk in hours between 8-9 am. We waited and then at 9 were told they could not see her and we would have to make an appointment. I called my Dr., Heritage Family Health, explaind the situation and they said come on over we will work her in. Secondly, I was charged a $10.00 paperwork fee for filling out a couple of lines on a form for school that could not have taken 20 seconds. Also My child can't stand Dr. Lisa, she is cold. more

Beware of Phone Nurses 2/28/2011

Hilliard Pediatrics have wonderful, great Doctors. Unfortunately they have terribly rude phone nurses. All 3 of my children have gone here for years (over 10+) and I have had trouble with the phone nurses the past 3-4 years mostly. I have been lectured, told what to do, been accused of neglect if I didn't do what they said, and most importantly felt like I was a bad parent. I have made too too many unneccessary appointments because they think they know more than I. If they got rid of at least 2 of their phone nurses I might stay with them, but unfortunately I cannot take it anymore. All my friends that hear my horror stories tell me to go find another Dr. office. I have stayed for this long because of the Dr's, but I have finally had the last straw. Now that the new Dublin hospiital went in there are more to choose from in the area. I hope I find Dr.'s that are just as good with better staff. If you read this Hilliard Pediatrics I would suggest you give your patients comment cards to see what the results would be. Any good practice would want to improve and I have a feeling the Dr.'s don't realize how much it's impacting their patients. more

Hilliard Ped 10/30/2008

I think the overall treatment my son got has been allright but the nurses there were very rude to me over the phone, Katie one of the phone nurses at one point was screaming at me, was uncourteous, unkind not fit for the medical profession, I am considering changing my sons pediatrician. I think they need to get their staff to be more polite and nicer to their patients. more

Very best care for your children 5/13/2008

Dr. Snyder and the other members are the best doctors I have ever met. We did a lot of shopping around looking for those individuals who had our best interests in mind. I was actually standing in his front office asking to speak to a pediatrician when the receptionist said they are very busy and do not have the time unfortunatly. Dr. Snyder overheard my conversation and came to the front and asked us to come to his office. As a soon to be father I related my fear of the unknown to be brief. He made me and my wife feel so confident of his and his staff's abilities...not by words but by passion...and looking us in the eye like a true professional who knows thier strengths and commitments. I was in awe. \r I treat my job as a professional and expect others to do the same. Dr. Snyder turned out to be the most professional, patient, kind and understanding individual I have yet met. He loves questions and answers them with a true desire to fulfill the reasons for the questions.\r He embraces new technology being one of the first using wireless computer pads for medicines/ tracking and diagnosis to prevent ANY confusion caused by hand writing or verbal communication. That in itself is a noble deed.\r We are now living out of state and have had a very hard time finding any who matches his office's integrity and honest approach.\r There are a lot of good doctors out there, but when you find one who is without comparison as Dr Snyder and his fellow doctors are, you really understand the meaning of a professional in their chosen field. I wish you good luck in your search, and if you find this note, I hope it drives you to at least stop in and see for yourself what I saw for three years and two children. He is highly regarded by the hospital and he has children of his own. And he makes you truley feel/know that your child is under the best care possible.\r Pros: Helpful, kind and professional Cons: Only one Hilliard Pediatric...need to clone them all so they can be in other states (where I live!) more
