So busy they don't have time for repeat business??? 1/29/2007

We used Creative Travel in the past, and were looking to use them again to book a trip in the future. I called three times and emailed four times. I never even got a response. On one of the calls I spoke the a lady who said they were ""inundated"" with business and didn't have time to call just yet. more

We found Creative Travel quite by necessity. We needed to book a family vacation while the family was in town for a weekend visit. Problem was about all the travel agencies in the area were closed for the weekend. All except Creative Travel. That's where we met Toni, and boy are we glad we did! It's like planning your next vacation with a friend who has already been there. Professional, relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended!!! more
