Excellent company! I have used several photography companies to raise money for my Relay for Life team over the years, and this one has been the best. Everyone loved their pictures and the photographer got everyone to smile...quite a feat for my fussy little granddaughter but her picture turned out adorable. The bonus money was paid quickly and we will definitely use them again for fundraising. more

We had this company take our daughters pictures. We have many canvas portraits and of course that is what we wanted when purchasing a package. So we spend $300 only to get a picture glued to a canvas backing! Aweful!!! Greatly Misrepresented!!! more

We wanted to get a family photo for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day. What a feat to get babies, teenagers and Gramdma altogether and smiling. However, we did it! Just to have the most disappointing photo experience of my 62 yr. old life. The man was in a terrible hurry (for no reason). Didn't take time to make baby smile or to arrange us. There is a big hole in the middle of our family photo. I did buy one photo for Grandma because she may not be here for any others. He only took one pose of family and only shot it once. I could go on for a while at the terrible pictures taken. My son and his wife had a coupon and the picture that was chosen for it was all on one side of the page and cut right through the hands. If this isn't nightmare enough he was very, very rude when we went back to see pictures. There were three families who were ready to buy but other than the one for Grandma we all walked away. Over all this is the worse photo experience of my life. Cons: Can't think of any pros for this company more

I got worst photo of my kid . No one will belive that it was taken by a professional photographer.\r For $10 coupon , he said we will get a free 10 * 13 photo. But he choose the worst photo for that purpose and asked as to buy others which are in excellent pose.\r I believe , He intentionally took that to deceive customers. \r The free photo was taken standing very near to the kid and kid was down on floor looking up as if he is in a well.\r Don't go to this studio . more
