As a not so financially savvy person, I was very impressed at how compassionate and patient the company was with me when it came time to take a distribution from my previous employer. They took the time to explain things so that I could understand. I even recommended them to my new employer who have plans to switch to them after there year end. Great company to work with ! more

Slow slow slow 7/31/2005

Our business used Creative Pension Consultants to administer our company's 401(k) plan. Well, they are just so slow, none of our reports ever came on time. Our year-end December statement wouldn't arrive until August. The people were ok - some seemed a little unprofessionals but others were ok. Not the most polished office or group. I am happy to have left. more
