Creative habitat has longer hours, less closed-days, and serves healthy food which is a great added benefit for working parents. The school was always available for our childcare needs, which I can appreciate after hearing horror stories from my friends about having to scramble frequently for care. more

Smaller child care center. Better attention for children. Both of our kids really enjoyed it. more

My daughter looks forward to going to Miss Michelle's class everyday. They are always doing creative projects and encouraging the kids to be confident and learn. more

Creative habitats is nice because it is a smaller facility, so it feels very much like a family setting. My child knew all the teachers, and they all knew her by name. more

The staff is loving and warm with our kids. They truly care about the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of the children. There is a daily schedule of activities that include both play and academics, as well as nutritious meals. This was all important to me since my children would be spending most of their time at daycare. We wanted them to learn as well as have constructive play. Our son was more than ready for kindergarten by the time he graduated from CH. We've had both of our children attend CH and they've loved going there. A major indicator of my children's opinion of being there was that they would want to continue playing even when it was time to go home. Children may not be able to verbalize how they feel, but I could always tell from their behavior that they loved the staff. The daycare also has activities throughout the year that are for the whole family to attend which is a great way of creating a sense of community. We've made lifelong friends with a family that we met at CH! We have been going to CH since 2007 and are so happy to have found them! more

This is a great school. My daughter attended this preschool and we loved it. The teachers were always friendly and they have a great director. We had concerns that our daughter was shy and we worked with the staff during preschool to build her confidence. The proof of how well she was prepared is how well she did in Kindergarten. She made new friends and did well in class, too. I highly recommend this school. more

Great Childcare 12/17/2008

My son has been at Creative Habitat for about a year. He loves his teacher Ms. Patty and the other teachers are great too. I like that they play outside so much and go for walks when the weather is nice. My son is also a picky eater, but seems to eat everything at school. The parking lot can get full, but there is always plenty of street parking. About 6 months ago when I started to teach my son the alphabet he started reciting the whole thing! He learns so much at school - the alphabet, numbers, songs. They do a lot of crafts as well. I would definitely recommend Creative Habitat to other parents. more

I happened upon Creative Habitat thru word of mouth. A co- workers sister in law has her children enrolled there and had nothing but great things to say! I agree with her 110% after having my children there for awhile. The staff is always happy and the kids are in love with all their teachers and even other classroom teachers. I was kind of surprised when I realized how all of the staff knows your childs names and greets them even if they really have no time in the same class with them. It shows how they actually care about your child by going that extra little mile. Pros: Teachers, Food. Cons: Parking, Playgrounds more

Happy Kids 12/9/2008

We found this place using a mapquest search and we've been really pleased with it. Not only did I need childcare within a specific distance from my work, but I needed one large enough to accommodate twin infants. I had no idea how hard that was until I started making phone calls. Creative Habitat was the first place that was large enough to provide staffing for two 4 month olds. Most of the places I called only had room for 4 kids up to 2 years old, and didn't even have openings for 2 of them at once. Cons: the parking lot can get very busy and crowded more
