Creative Design Interiors

We own a beautiful home built by Centex in El Dorado Hills. We did not select our floors or counter tops through Creative Design’s design center, but we had the opportunity to visit their store several times prior to our selection process. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and their assistance allowed us to make an informed decision about the products that would best suit our needs. Since the purchase of our home nearly three years ago, we have had a variety of workers, representing an assortment of companies, come and do work in our home. In every instance, where Creative Design Interiors was concerned, with different technicians each time, we were impressed by the courtesy, respect, and knowledge they demonstrated. Their advice concerning the maintance of our products was always the same and consistent. Ceramic and stone products are to be treated differently and that there are a variety of products available. Seeking the advice of the supplier of any cleaning agent and providing that supplier with the correct information about the product to be cleaned should be considered first and of the utmost importance. We value the great relationship we have had with Creative Design Interiors and have witnessed the same degree of confidence from our friends and neighbors. We highly recommend this company. more

I bought a brand new home from Lennar. I have travertine in my master bathroom. We have hard water in my area and I noticed that my countertops had hard water spots. When CDI came out to recaulk my master shower only after living in my home for three months, I asked the worker what I could use to get the hard water spots off. He said, ""I don't know, but I will call my office and tell you."" He came in and told me to use any product to remove hard water spots. So I went to my local store and asked what I could use and they said use CLR. So I did that and tested the product and READ the directions. After two minutes I wiped CLR off and it removed the finish off my countertops. I put a care claim in with Lennar and CDI came out and looked at the countertops and asked me a few questions. CDI told me that they weren't going to fix my countertops because I NEVER READ THE DIRECTIONS AND THEY NEVER RECOMMENDED TO USE ANY PRODUCT THAT REMOVES HARD WATER SPOTS. How can a company install and offer products to the consumer that they don't know how to care for? I don't appreciate the lies they said. Of course, CDI doesn't care that my countertop is ruined. I have to hire someone to hopefully fix it. Use a different company!!!!! more
