Creative Compositions Fine

all of my wedding vendors were fantastic, except for creative compositions. steve bergano did take some nice shots, but is awful to work with. i am a very laid back person and his personality drove me nuts- typical long island obnoxious type. throughout the day he was not focused. before the ceremony my niece and nephew (who were flower girl/ring bearer) were holding hands, hugging and he stood around drinking and smoking cigarettes. he did not take initiative to take pictures of these moments. i got married the summer of 2009. he did not post my pictures on the website till late october (ps the website is awful as the photos have difficulty opening up and are blurry). after reviewing my proofs he told me the design work (which is processed by an outsourced company) would take 6 months and then i could begin editing my album. after calling OVER 10 TIMES and not having steve call me back, i was told by his colleagues that it actually takes 10 months to review your album after you choose your photos. i think that it is highly unprofessional to not call a client back after calling 10 times (especially since after paying $9,000 or so for his work + videographer). additionally, i have not received my video! i got married summer 2009 and i have no photos, album, video! i would not recommend creative compositions, they are awful to work with. more

Booking the right photographer was crucial to Russell & I, as I had been in the photography business for many years and was quite particular about what we wanted. Upon our first meeting at Creative Compositions, we met with Ernie who is one of the owners and Tina who is the office manager. I must say that we were so very impressed with how professional and sweet and efficient they were. The office itself was just beautiful and they really made you feel at home. We asked to meet Davide (our photographer) and once we did, he put us at ease. Davide was just so enthusiastic about his work, and SO eager to get to know us as a couple. He was able to capture all the special moments on our Wedding day. We wanted to make sure we were going to be 200% satisfied with their work and we were. The day of our wedding Davide and his assistant were so very patient and we barely knew they were there, everyone else commented on that as well. Every photo shows the emotion of our day and truly captures the happiness and blessings we felt.
