My kids really enjoy the classes at Creative Arts Theatre & School (CATS). They have taken dance, creative drama, acting, costuming, voice, and stage management. CATS has excellent teachers, well-versed in their various crafts, and they really care about the kids. The shows here are also top-notch family entertainment, and a great value for a night out of live theater.
One of the best things about CATS is that the kids not only get to audition as actors for a wonderful variety of plays, they also have the opportunity to work all the other aspects of theatre: creating and managing the stage, helping the costumer, working backstage helping the performers with quick changes and makeup, and running the lights and sound.
I highly recommend CATS as a great place to learn and grow, and as a wonderful entertainment venue.
