DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR. Lynn was very bubbly and outgoing during our first couple of visits but we later realized that it was because she was off-season. The minute wedding season hit, she became unresponsive and even more upsetting, rude. Unfortunately, we had already put our deposit down so we couldn't use anyone else. Lynn did not have a clear plan as to when things needed to be decided, ordered or finalized. It was up to us to make sure that meetings were made and that orders were finalized. She became so busy during this season that we had to even meet her out while she was teaching a class, just to go over our order. While trying to juggle all of the other details that go into planning a wedding, she did not make things easier. Especially her anti-technology attitude. She didn't like using computers and wasn't very good at responding to email.\r

All things would have been forgotten if she did an amazing job at our wedding. But of course, she didn't. She came in the morning and just dropped everything off. She did not communicate that we should look at the flowers beforehand in case anything was off and believe me... they were. Her lack of focus and attention to detail caused her to get half of our order wrong-- the bridal bouquet included! It was so upsetting. She relied on the venue to set up our reception centerpieces and they ended up being only partially set up. Lynn never did a walk through, so they ended up being wrong the entire night. After everything was said and done, we tried to discuss the things that went wrong with her and she was defensive and rude.\r

So word of advice to any future brides or event planners. Do not use Creations by Lynn. Her customer service, work ethic and ability to communicate is horrible. As for her work, I would say it was mediocre at best.
