Flowers were supposed to be delivered to our home and the next day were still not there. My husband went in to the store to speak with them (as the person who ordered us flowers lives in another state) and Lynn said that she hand delivered them and that they were there. We had been home all day and know that she did not. Well, she had the wrong address and dropped them off at my neighbors. She then told my husband that they are next door so he needs to go ask our neighbors and ask for the flowers back. She was very rude to him and we will not do business there. more

Our family has used the services of Lynn at Creations by Lynn for the last 2 years. Each time, she has gone out of her way to obtain the freshest flowers possible for the things we needed. We recently had her do a large funeral order, several pieces for a relative's funeral, and the work Lynn and her staff did was awesome. \r There were a few flower types we wanted but Lynn explained that they were out of season, so she suggested alternatives which were just as nice. Keep up the good work, Lynn! more

Brides beware of this florist. The only artist in that place is a con artist. She will promise you the world when she first meets you. Then she is hard to get a hold of when she gets your money. Beware she'll even ask for cash payment and never report the income. I know she promises certain flowers that aren't available at the time and when they arrive they are different types of flowers or she uses silk. I have no idea how she is still in business she has ruined many weddings and made brides cry on their wedding day because of awful floral product. This woman is a disgrace to all florists more

DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR. Lynn was very bubbly and outgoing during our first couple of visits but we later realized that it was because she was off-season. The minute wedding season hit, she became unresponsive and even more upsetting, rude. Unfortunately, we had already put our deposit down so we couldn't use anyone else. Lynn did not have a clear plan as to when things needed to be decided, ordered or finalized. It was up to us to make sure that meetings were made and that orders were finalized. She became so busy during this season that we had to even meet her out while she was teaching a class, just to go over our order. While trying to juggle all of the other details that go into planning a wedding, she did not make things easier. Especially her anti-technology attitude. She didn't like using computers and wasn't very good at responding to email.\r \r All things would have been forgotten if she did an amazing job at our wedding. But of course, she didn't. She came in the morning and just dropped everything off. She did not communicate that we should look at the flowers beforehand in case anything was off and believe me... they were. Her lack of focus and attention to detail caused her to get half of our order wrong-- the bridal bouquet included! It was so upsetting. She relied on the venue to set up our reception centerpieces and they ended up being only partially set up. Lynn never did a walk through, so they ended up being wrong the entire night. After everything was said and done, we tried to discuss the things that went wrong with her and she was defensive and rude.\r \r So word of advice to any future brides or event planners. Do not use Creations by Lynn. Her customer service, work ethic and ability to communicate is horrible. As for her work, I would say it was mediocre at best. more

The people they had to bring the aisle runner to the church and bring flowers to the church for our wedding were not very friendly. Didn't advise us when to walk down aisle (they were suppose to) and did not tape down aisle runner. They forgot the stephanotis in my husbands boutanier. I specified I wanted roses, peonies, sweet peas and hydrangeas in my centerpieces. The vased were more than half full of tulips. I specified only roses to be on my cake and there was roses and tons of tulips. My centerpieces were to be illuminated (have lights in the bottom) and they had none as promised. I asked for little to know greenery on cake and my boquet. I had a huge ring of greenery on my boquet and the cake had a bunch too. Overall, unfortunately, I was not pleased with the service and the outcome. The flowers were all alive and did not look dead or anything, so thats a plus. I felt Lynn was very nice, but very rushed in all of our meetings. She obviously didnt right down what I wanted, even after multiple conversations. The paperwork I got from her stated everything I wanted but the outcome didnt match up. I would go elsewhere. more

We have nothing but accolades to report after having met with Lynn. As a matter of fact when we first approached her at a bridal show a few weeks ago, I was instantly impressed by her wonderful ideas and suggestions, not to mention her easy-going personality. I knew at once she was the one!\r \r She is a dream to work with and a soft place to fall in the midst of the multitude of decisions we have to make. We trust her explicitly and can't wait to see what she comes up with. Her prices are very reasonable and is willing to tweak here and there to fit our budget, without compromising the elegance and sophistication we are looking for. \r \r We did witness the interaction between Lynn and the disgruntled employee who wrote that review. She was a young lady who obviously had not participated in the working world for any length of time. In this day and age when jobs are so hard to find (and KEEP) it would have behooved her not to burn her bridges and leave on a more positive note...not one with such venom and disrespect. I don't know the situation surrounding her dismissal, but after having heard that interaction in the shop that night, I would suggest she take a strong dose of ""grow the hell up already, young lady""!\r more

This posting is in response to the previous posting dated 11/4/11. This is the real customer who was in for a consult with Lynn on 11/3/11. At the beginning of our appointment, an ex employee did come in disgruntled about something, however, it did not interrupt our meeting and Lynn handled everything in a very professional manner. For all intents and purposes, we paid no attention to the ex-employee. Our experience with Lynn was fantastic! She offers superior quality and professionalism and we look forward to working with her on our wedding on November 3rd of next year. She is the best in town and we wouldn't consider anyone else! Omg! Do not go here! had a consultion and an employee came in wanting to pick up a paycheck and she told the employee well I don't have the money to pay you. The employee said but I have a family I owe bills, Lynn said f u and I will call the police if you don't leave now. The employee Had said something along the lines of well you owe everyone that works here. Personally I didn't see any reason for Lynn to blow up at this employee! The employee turns to us and says just so you know she doesn't pay her employees. I know I will not be going there! I am not going to support someone that treats people like that and for no reason. Unprofessional!!! more

DON'T waste your money! flowers don't last more then a day and she is rude! Promises the world then can't do it! She doesn't deserve anyones business! more

This is a very nice flower shop, they really have a great services and great prices. When I go there I tell them how much I want to spend and what the occasion is and they whip up something amazing every time. I have gotten flowers as low as$10 and as high as $50 and they really try to give you the best for their money. Lynn also gives you advice on how to care for the flowers you get, they have a wide selection. I have also had a chance to see their work at a wedding reception and they are truly nice people that work hard and deliver what you ask for. Great job! stop by there and you will see it for your self! I like them so much that they are the only flower shop I have been to in the last 7 years since I have discovered them.... more

Lynn and her crew did my wedding several years ago. Over the past seven years she has done the weddings for 5 of our children ( we were remarried) .....each wedding was without a glitch and the flowers were remarkable.\r She has a very professional, well trained staff and their designs are very unique and affordable. I recommend her to anyone who wants different and perfect. \r In my honest opinion Lynn is one of the top floral designers in Cleveland.\r You will get more than the best value in flowers and creativity and professional service. more

During the saddest time in my life, Lynn made it ever. Lynn made the most beautiful funeral flowers for my Mom's funeral. Then my also for my Grandmothers. The people that work there are very talented. I would recommand them to anyone. They are the nicest people during a really sad time for my family. more

The ribbon was wrong, the flowers were wrong, she over charged, the flowers were wilty and sad. DO NOT GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And when I complained about being unhappy with her service she yelled at me and was very rude and NASTY. more
