Very Pleased 12/13/2017

I have been with this dental office for a number of years and I would not even think of changing!! Dr. Moore is so pleasant and friendly as is the staff that work for him. I would recommend this practice to anyone wanting a "good" dentist and a friendly staff. more

Great, Efficient Service 6/27/2017

My first appointment at Create-A-Smile was yesterday, and I will definitely be coming back! I had a routine cleaning, and even though I had to fill out paperwork, I was in and out of the office in under an hour. Great service, and everyone in the office is great! Highly recommend. more

Great with my toddler 4/26/2017

The Create A Smile team are always so wonderful! My two and a half year old son had his second dentist appointment at Create A Smile. Although, Create A Smile is not a pediatric dentist office, I feel like they do just as well (if not better) with my son than if I had taken him to see a Pedodontist. They played a Thomas the Train video for my son to watch to help him relax and enjoy his time at the dentist office. They joked with my son and did not pressure him to do anything he was not comfortable with. The Create A Smile team were so great with him, even though he was not completely cooperative. more

Great Dentist, Great Staff! 4/14/2017

I have yet to have a bad or uncomfortable experience with Create- A- Smile. Dr. Moore and his staff always make me feel welcome all the while providing great dental care. The office is very clean and I have never waited longer that 5 minutes for my scheduled appointments. Great leaders bring out the best in others. This is the feeling I get with the care provided here, they truly "Create-A-Smile" more

Best dental office 1/16/2017

I have been going to create a smile for many years and have always been happy. Friendly staff and friendly dentists. Very IU oriented and close to Indiana University where I work. more

Always pleased with Create-A-Smile 1/5/2017

I am always pleased with the Create-A-Smile team. They are always so friendly and careful. The wait time is always under 10 minutes. I am always in and out of there in 30 minutes for my cleaning. I have been a patient at Create-A-Smile for nearly 10 years. more
