They are about the worst people I have ever done business with!! The employees are hostile and rude to say the least !. They seem to know all the right things say to make most anyone dislike them . I recall the woman at the check out counter saying last week to my brother. ""We don't care if your handicapped . hurry up and get out of the way . Your holding up the line."" My brother is a handicapped veteran confined to a wheel chair. I had a mind to go punch out the witch that said it to him. Another time I was there the forklift operator was flying threw the place like it was a race course. He hit a hole in the road and bounced rather hard dropping a car off of the forks from 12 foot up. The car hit the ground only a few feet from where we were working. We could have been killed. I complained about the reckless driver to the manager. I was told we were there at our own risk. And that they are not responsible if anyone gets hurt. more

So here is the deal, Google Crazy Rays. The prices and the times are on the website. YOU PICK, YOU PULL. Bring your tools, and make a day of it. $90 transmissions, $10 core. How do you beat that? I called the five Crazy Ray's in this area to get a price on a transmission control module and got 3 different prices. The one in Jessup was twice as much as either Mt. Airy or Edgewood. more

Wost customer service ever. All I wanted to know is there hours open. First the guy mumbles on the phone, so I have no clue what was being said. Second, All he told me is ""8 to 4:30."" Then I was like what about weekends, his response, ""same."" And then I thank him and he hangs up. Damn man, I hope that punk works at the junk yard for the rest of his life!
