I bought 2 bikes from these guys. 1st was a CBR600. I had a co-signer and the finance manager was not discussing with me any payment options until he sees my co-signer. What a BS. I told him I am the one who is gona make payment and I need to know before I make any decisions. It turned out that it was not a monthly payment option instead it was a credit card type deal where I will end up paying huge interest. He didn?t want me to take time and think about this rip-off. Apparently I still ended up buying from them because I got a $9300 sticker price 07 CBR in 09 for 7400. Finance manager?s attitude was as if he was giving me some free service. Sales people (Better call them Crazy Freddy?s Crazy Inmates) didn?t know much about bikes more

purchased a warranty for a bike and I no longer wish to have it. I have been trying to contact them to have it cancelled only to have my phone calls ignored, and being pushed aside. It is our right to get money refunded to us as stated in the contract, but they will not do it because the person is not in, he is on vacation, in a meeting, on the other line, out for the week, off from work today, etc. Went into the office only to be given rude treatment and lies to rush us out the door. Never, never EVER doing business again. If you are desperate to do business with them, proceed with caution!!! Research them a little more before signing anything!
