It's amazing how the quality has changed at what used to be an excellent place to go for a good crawfish boil. Last year was I guess the start of poor quality boiling practice. I said then, I would never return, but decided to this year, two weeks ago, then last night to be sure I was right about poor quality from last year. It really takes an effort to screw up good simple food and that is what's happened at Crawfish City. Several things have happened that evoilved from quality to now is, they buy small un-graded crawfish ( mostly very small ) then they don't wash them ( evidence of bayou trash when served), the only seasoning is maybe red pepper, lots of salt, left over boiling water, etc. The end product is all about buying cheap and selling high with no product quality. It's no wonder the other crawfish restaurants are packed, the people are going for quality. It's a shame crawfish city was once great place to eat, is now of very poor choice, greed usually takes the place of good quality.
Pros: Quality
Cons: Poor Quality
