Cravens Towing specializes in parking lot managment. The reviews you have here are people upset that they got caught. Don't park where you aren't supose to and you won't get towed. I have used Cravens for years and they have always been fair priced and curtious. more

I would suggest not using these CROOK'S!! They towed my car back in Sept. stating that the tag was exired and it was't, tax receipt was in the car, and would't let me show it to them. Also, I to this day still have not got my letter from them telling me they have my car. They by law are required to send you a letter telling you that you have so long to claim your car. They wouldn;teven let me get my tags, OR personal belongings. WILL TAKING THEM TO COURT!!!! more

These guys are dishonest, intimidating and irresponsible. It's absolutely brazen for them to be violating city ordinances as flagrantly as they are. Luckily there is the Livability court in Charleston and we'll be seeing them there. If you get treated unfairly or unlawfully by them, consider taking them to court, I am! more

I have dealt with dozens of tow co's here in Chas and Craven's was outstanding, by far and away the best. Professional, conscientious, courteous, and ON TIME! Kevin went WAY above and beyond the call of duty helping us move a 2400 lb. milling machine into my shop and then offering to stick around for an hour after his job was done to help us move it into place. Way more than we expected and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended. more

This place is a lie 5/10/2012

This place will tow your car for no reason. My boyfriend has been driving his car for the last month to work and while he had the day off they come to tow his car! They said it was inoperable. Also where they keep their money is not in a register but in a cashbox. They don't have a reception desk and it looks like someone's backyard. They are stealing cars to make money! You better watch your back! more

Place is a joke. 5/5/2012

Overpriced and cash only, even though they have a debit/credit card machine for the auto shop. These guys just make things up. They will tell you that they are going to do a title action and take your car, I don't know if these guys even know what that entails. But, they will try to intimidate you. They also told me they jumped my car and started it after they towed without me knowing. Which baffles me that a towing company would actually go in your car, pop the hood and then start it without the key. I would suggest you use someone else or if you have to tow rent a trailer and do it yourself. more
