I had a wonderful experience with Sterling Autobody. The office staff was terrific and went above and beyond. They made sure I had a ride to and from my home and the paint repair looks great. I highly recommend Sterling to others. more

Great Work 7/27/2009

Just wanted to share my apprection for the wonderful job Sterlings staff did with my vehicle. I was stuck in the hail storm in June and I brought it to Sterling the office took wonderful care of me while my care was in the shop and the wuality of work was impeccable more

Terrible Experience 8/13/2005

This place in absolute joke. They were responsible for fixing my vehicle after an accident, and I had more problems with them than I did with the accident itself. They give their customers a finish date for when they can pick up their vehicles (which is a nice service... if it works!!). They were actually finished almost 1 week AFTER their anticipated completion date. Then, I ended up having to take my car back because of their own delinquency and had to fight in order to get a rental car to get to and from work. The customer service here is a sad case. If you want a hassle-filled and stressful car repair experience, then you should consider bringing your vehicle to these guys!! more

Worst business in rochester 8/13/2005

This is the worst place you can possible take your car for repair. dont ever do it. They had my car for 35 days and still couldnt fix it right. Had to go back 4 times and agrue to get it fixed. Ended up taking my car to another place to get it finished. Stay away if you possible can. Manager is a very ignorant person as well. more

LONG WAIT 6/20/2005

I was in an accident and took my 2002 focus to this place. what a joke. the estimated return date is one month after i took my car there. it isnt a rare car. there was alot of damage. but 1 month. Im not real happy with this one. oh well. I figure if i move the car now it will take even longer. i would recommend staying away from this place. more
