Dont make same mistake we did 11/23/2015

Very unhappy. will never use again or refer. do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Only took car here because it was Hyundai's authorized repair center. They never called us with any updates, we had to call them. Was supposed to be 11 days or repair, had car for about a month. Sent the car to a different body shop in Clearwater to do the repairs and never told us. Did not do everything they said they would do. When we got the car back in stinks of mildew so they must of left the windows open or something. the back seat and seat belts were damp and stunk. They said they detailed the car, thanks for making the car even worse with this odor. The car is a 2014 so was basically new before this nightmare. more

A great job well done 5/26/2006

Two weeks ago I had some other driver hit the rear right door of my S.U.V. I was told by his insurance company to take my vehicle to Collision Center of Pasco L.L.C.New Port Richey. One of their assessors came out and checked my. There was no waiting. He typed up an assessment for my vehicle to be repaired.I contacted the other driver's insurance to go ahead with the repair. The assessor asked me to bring in my vehicle in on the Monday and the repair would take about five days. They kept me informed of the progress throughout that time. On the fifth day I had a call to tell me my vehicle was ready. This garage was first class and the staff very polite and helpful. I would strongly recommend this business. more
