I am so impressed with the way my car looks,My insurance told me it was close to a total but couldnt total loss it and they did it in a timely manner and fixed it right.

My insurance company told me to take my vehicle over to this facility.... I have changed insurance companies for how this bodyshop took care of this claim and why they sent me to ...

Laughable. If you drive a 98 Civic and don't care, this is the place. My new car was in 3 times in an effort to get it right, my insurance company took over and got it into a real shop, not the Dollar General - body shop. The way to front looks does not represent the work that goes on in the back. more

An insurance company referred me to Service King and I was somewhat apprehensive after reading the two reviews posted here. My experience with them was very good. Chuck was professional and kept me informed. The repair was completed timely and the work they did looked good. more

service king sucks!!! 5/5/2011

My insurance company told me to take my vehicle over to this facility.... I have changed insurance companies for how this bodyshop took care of this claim and why they sent me to this crap facility. This facility delivered my vehicle dirty and not all of the damages were fixed. Since they told my insurance company that my car was ready Enterprise stating charging my card because the repairs were compete.... or so they said. When I talked to the manager he said that there was nothing that he could do about the rental car even though the repairs were not complete. They had my vehicle another 4 days at my cost ($200.00) more

Had an agent tell me the other day , I should check to make sure the work was performed if I used them. My insurance company tried to refer them to me. Cons: Check Work more
