Extremely professional. 7/11/2011

Unfortunately, I had to have my car repaired 4 times in a two year period. Fortunately, I took it to Collision Authority. Each time the staff was extremely professional, the shop was as clean as can be (it doesn't even look like an auto body repair place), they were honest, and I got my car back very quickly, with no hiccups! The work has held up, I'm happy to say it still looks as good as it did four years ago. I definitely recommend it to anyone needing repair work done! more

Excellent work 6/29/2011

I had my car in the shop in March for a rear end accident. The repair work was excellent along with the customer service. I can't believe they match the paint color and it looks better then it did before the accident! They had it done earlier then expected, and kept me informed during the entire repair process. Kudos to everyone that works here!? more

I have been extremely disappointed with the way this shop handled my car. It was brought in for an estimate at the recommendation of the dealership. They basically stole parts off my car and claimed that they had been sent out with the car to the salvage yard. When we got the car back all the parts were gone and everyone said ""there's nothing we can do."" more

Excellent Service 5/13/2010

I've been in two accidents over the past 3 years. The first accident in 2007, my vehicle was totalled and I brought it to Falconi's as a just in case. Between them and the insurance I had never had such great customer service. They essential helped hold my hand thru the process and I felt comfortable. Pros: Rental Car on Property Cons: n/a more

AVOID ALL Collision Authority's 2/8/2010

Here is my BAD EXPERIENCE with Collision Authority.. Took my tahoe to them because their building was nice so I thought they were professional's, I was wrong. It was issue after issue. I took out all my valuables out except I forgot my emergency bag in the glove box(contained $80, flash light, batteries, matches, etc), Stollen!! Next my head lights bulbs were upgraded to PIAA's, gone and replaced by cheapies. Last thing that was stollen by these creaps was my speaker componet from the door. \r Other negative:\r *When ever I called, I did not get a return call till severals days after, sometimes never did call me back.\r *Estimated time was suppost to be 4 weeks, repairs were not completed for 8 weeks.\r Learn from my experience and AVOID this place. Don't know who to take it too, but I know for a fact it ain't thiese guys. Pros: Don't know Cons: Everything else more

God Awful Experience 4/5/2009

I had brought a previous car to Falconi's 2 years prior and received great service so when I had my next fender bender I thought nothing of taking my car back to this autobody shop even though they were not on my insurance companies list. I was inconvenienced several times regarding what the cost of the job was going to be. I had to go back and forth between the insurance adjuster and Falconi's. When I picked up the car I was told I had to pay $33.00 out of pocket. That was not a problem. Approximately 6 weeks later I received a ceritified letter from Falconi's. Since I was not home at the time a slip was left on the door. I signed the slip and placed it back on my door. The slip stayed on my door for 2 days. I then removed the slip and placed it in my mail pick-up slot expecting the letter to be delivered. I never received the letter. Another 3 weeks passed and I received a 2nd certified letter again no one was home. I then went to the post office and signed and came to find out that Falconi's was now going to put a lien to reposs my car because $250.00 deductible was owed. Shouldn't they have known this when I paid that night. The accident was not my fault so I don't understand why I even have to pay the deductible. I can't believe that this company could not pick-up the phone and explain the situation they had both my work and home numbers. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would never go back and I will make sure I tell as many people as I can about this so they don't experience the same thing. Pros: Can Rent A Car Right There Cons: Customer Service Stinks more

average repair shop 4/26/2008

As luck would have it, my new car was wrecked when I took it to the dealership for it's first oil change. So I was in search of a good bodyshop in LV. Anyone who has lived here for awhile knows that honest, quality workmanship can be somewhat difficult to find here. I decided to roll the dice and pick Collision Authority. Like the other reviewer, they were not good about staying in contact. This seemed a bit surprising since there are so many ""customer service"" personnel working there. Customer service is not generally why I would pick a body shop, so this issue was not really my concern. Receiving the car in a repaired and good ""clean"" condition is my concern. My car had 5k miles on it and was freshly detailed when I took it to the shop. When I got it back, the damage that was fixed looked okay(minimal over spray or uneven lines and spaces). The problem is they damaged many other area of the interior and exterior of the car( interior panels literally hanging down, half of the electrical wiring disconnected in the area of repair, bondo splattered all over the rims, gouges and scratched in the rims and bumper). Also, the car was so dirty it looked like it sat in a field for two years) Pros: Still trying to thing of something Cons: Lack of quailty service and workmanship more

I rear-ended a Tahoe Truck on Summerlin Parkway and my CLK Mercedes went right under the truck completely crunching the hood and front of my car. My car was towed to Collision Authority and I was contacted immediately to discuss car rentals and the estimate. I thought it looked like it would never be the same and you always hear that if your car has been in an accident it will look like it. Collision Authority assured me it would look great and in only 3 weeks I had my Mercedes back and it DID look GREAT! more

Avoid at all Costs 8/28/2007

I was referred here by American Family Insurance and I really wish I chose another shop. The lack of communication between the agents, the shop and the front desk is awful. I was told that my car was finished, and I called back to double check on the car as to avoid a long trip before my workday and it all got worse from there. I never recieved a call back but I was assured 3 times that my car was done by my insurance company, and I was told that I had to return my rental car. I rushed over there to return my car only to have the agent tell me that my car was still in the paint shop. He admitted that he proclaimed the car finished and notified American Family that it was ready for pick up. However he noticed a flaw in the paint and had it go back into the shop without notifying anyone. All I wanted was a call back to avoid driving all the way accross town before I had to go to work for nothing. It is now the next day and I called again to check on my car and he was unable to talk to me because he was with four agents from Farmers, and I was promised he'd call me back. I'm not holding my breath because it's been 45 miniutes so far and no call back. I don't care how good a job they may have done on my car, their service is the worst I have ever encountered. more
