Service Department is a joke 3/28/2011

This review is only based on the service portion of this business. I have never bought a car there and i never will so please use this only as a review for thier service department. This is the worst place i have ever gotten work done on a vehicle. The staff must not know what they are doing at all i have had to take it the next day to an honest shop that asked me if i did the work myself and beat the part in with a hammer. It was also more overpriced labor (not much) then what i have payed at shops 10 times better. They do seem to be a nice dealer, but the service department is a complete joke. more
