Won't finish job 6/24/2022

Received written quote to remove all debris from inside and outside of our rental property, we paid the deposit up front and received call that they were finished but it was dark and they would come back tomorrow to double check but they needed to get paid so they could pay employees for job. Sent money only to find out that they never went back and there is still debris all over yard. After repeated attempts to resolve with business, they told us they were done and not going back even though there is still debris left they were paid to remove. Owner refuses to complete job. I have pics and texts to prove my claims. more

Wrong Address & Unprofessional Business Practices 11/4/2021

The business location is incorrect, Keith Wright, the owner of Crap Scrappers, is currently running his business out of a house he is "renting". If you hire Scrap Crappers, your trash becomes his landlords problem. The landlord had to pay for a dumpster to help him scrap the last batch! He already got a new pile started. Court date still coming for the landlord due to the city code violation over the last round of trash thanks to Crap “Collectors”. more

Business Contact Problem 11/17/2020

The website links to Rockford Speedway. The phone number listed on all the internet links is incorrect. The woman who answers the phone at the wrong number provides a correction: 815-601-5004. That number isn't answered and the voice mail box is full. A poor way to run a business. more
