It was a very easy experience. I love my new car and was pleased with my 2 trade ins I had. The rebates made it that much better. I like the way that everyone treated me. Being a single mom I appreciate the fact that I was treated like a person. I felt like I was treated the same as if my Dad had come in to buy a car. I was not pressured but I was very much informed on what I needed to do and what they would do for me. I thought about this and with in 36 hours of I was down two cars and upgraded in my new Enclave. more

The folks at Steve Smith Country were amazing! They did everything they possibly could to make the experience more convenient for my extremely busy schedule. Called in from ad on the internet. Ed Williams answered and gave me the information I needed about the 4-Runner. I drove from my house in Bentonville with my son and ended up purchasing the vehicle the same evening. Outstanding service! Three months. That was my time spent searching around for an Acadia that met my expectations. Steve Perkins was the gentleman who finally made it happen. He listened and informed me about what I was interested in and not what needed to be sold. It was pressure free and upfront from the beginning and I walked away feeling confident that in the future Steve Perkins will be who I purchase from. Very very good. From the initial contact which was from a town 2 hrs away to the drive off. Everything was great. Steve went out of his way to gather all the information and have everything ready when I arrived. The test drive was done very professionally and Steve explained all the operational details of the new vehicle. more

We really enjoyed working with Ed Bayles. He was very helpful and informative. They were friendly and willing to work with us on the price.\r Mr. Bayles helped set up the onstar and the bluetooth and was there to answer all questions. Overall I would give Steve Smith Country the highest rating and would buy another car from Mr. Bayles. Keep up the good work. more

I experienced prompt attention and was greeted while viewing a vehicle on the lot. The sales associate was friendly and very knowledgeable of his product. We were allowed the opportunity to test drive the vehicle and loved the product. We were able to come to a agreeable price and purchased the Yukon XL. more
