Our sway bars and ball joints were bad, making our front end pretty noisy. I brought the car in to Craig's in the morning and it was fixed later that evening.

They know service 8/12/2011

I have been taking my cars to Craig's for over 20 years and I have always received Friendly Customer Service. They always take care of my needs, explain what is going on, give me options, and fix things the first time. I have sent many people to Craig's and they have all become long-term customers. more

Very good service 7/27/2011

I'm from NYC and in Salt Lake for a summer course. Before taking the long drive home, I looked up service stations on the internet and found Craig's. On some other websites you might see a scathing (bad) review or two, but ignore them. They were professional, helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. You'll be charged a reasonable fee that's a little higher than the chain service stations, but it will be worth it. In addition, their waiting area is clean and comfortable, and the owner is pleasant and sociable. You can trust these guys to give you the service you pay for, and isn't that what it's all about? more

Genuine, knowledgeable, efficient and competent and in that order. For an ""out of town"" guy with a serious mechanical problem, Craig's was perfect solution. From diagnosis to remedy all top drawer. more

Not good, GREAT MECHANIC! 3/15/2011

Being from out of town and finding a good mechanic it very tough. This was the case for me, but after asking some friends they referred me to Craig. Since then I've brought in my car and referred other friends who've all made him their mechanic. Craig has extremely fair rates,is honest and is quick. If your looking for a good, reliable mechanic that knows what he's doing, look no further! more

Honest 3/3/2011

I took my car into the Honda dealer in Murray and had them check everything over. They quoted me over $1500 worth of work, including replacing the front lower ball joints. When I took it to Craig, he said he would check it out. A couple hours later he told me they were fine and didn't need to be replaced. He's been honest every step of the way and tried to find ways to save me money. more

Great Service, very pleasant, top-notch people 9/12/2009

I've taken my car to craig's for everything from air conditioning service to brakes, oil changes and never been disseminated. They know how to service all kinds of cars and he even helps his friends sell cars on his lot right across from East high in SLC. What a neighborhood gem! Pros: Fast service, no hassle. Cons: Wish he was a national chain more
