I dont know where Natalie S. got her information, but she deffinatley has the wrong company. Craig does NOT sell reconditioned air conditioners and does not push duct cleanings. Most of the time he is telling people they dont need a duct cleaning because they dont have a problem with the ducts. I urge anyone searching for A/C contractors to please do your research and check multiple refferal sites and even ask the companies to give you refferals. more

Spring Hill's Worst- WATCH OUT for this HUSTLER!!!! 5/10/2012

Craig Krueger Ac & Heating was the worst company i could have used. The owner, Craig was so rude to me. I felt i was overcharged and the company gave me the run around. Craig is a very RUDE man who acted like i insulted him when I declined to have my ducts ""cleaned"" after I bought a reconditioned A/C unit. I know that my husband changes our filters and vaccumes the ducts every month. I didn't want to pay for something I felt we didn't need. The owner was very arrogant and condescending and I think he's a hustler. My ducts don't need cleaning so spare me the drama of your attitude. and it was not only him theres a girl in the office who is just as rude. I forget her name but she was a heavyset girl who was acting lazy like she couldn't be bothered when the place was dead. Don't be hustled and fooled by these people who apparently earn a living scamming our community. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! more

I am a realtor. My (2) clients had to have their complete systems replaced to get county inspector's approval. They turned around both jobs within day sof notificaiton, did an excellent job in both cases - including replacement of the aged air handlers - performed without a wrinkle for the time they left the job. They even made arrangements to meet with the county inspectors after the units was replaced.\r I'd recommend them explicitely, and am buying an investor home and will call on them for the A/C Heat Pump replacement. more

Great and honest 9/5/2005

These guys are great they are very honest and the work that they do is great. I need a new ac unit for my house 2 months ago abnd i had a lot of estimates they came in the cheapist and their work was great I recommened them to my in laws and they also get a new ac unit and loved their work more
