Bad experiences with this company, poor workmanship, not knowledgeable about the technical aspects of motor operation, vibration analysis, owner is a know-it-all and employees are not trained or poorly trained. It seems that there are number of other people I've dealt with who are not happy with the services they have received from Craig Electric or Rocky Mountain Motor. I believe the problem is with the owner who not very customer oriented and doesn't have much technical knowledge of motor operation, motor repair or motor testing.
