I had to stay in this ""hotel"" while waiting for my furniture to arrive for an excrutiating 5 days. Thank fully my relocation company was footing the bill otherwise I would have absolutely cried. The first night we arrived to a front desk with the no reservation, which had been made and confirmed, then the girl gave u skeys which after walking a great distance- there was no porter, the keys did not work, we had to return, to no one at the desk but a pile of laundry, after waiting, we got more keys, thinking this was the end, opened the door to a beer stenched hallway. Ok Open door to room- not made up- call front desk- only one phone works. No one answers phone- get a recording.Walk back down to desk-Tell them to make up beds and fix phone. They ran out of shampoo and conditioner- thank fully there was a target across the street. Theres more, broken iron, which stained the shirt, no new irons available- three days broken phone, missed wake up calls, more broken keys. Go elsewhere you'll be glad you did- and never did the "" manager ""try to remedy our situation.
Pros: in Fayetteville
Cons: no service, one staff member for entire hotel, usually get a recording, place is falling apart
