i've been to Crackpots twice and both times I had a great experience. Project options and materials are plentiful and the staff is very helpful. I've always received good advice about materials and approach when I've asked. Pros: fun place to go Cons: parking more

Not a very friendly staff or good pottery selection 2/26/2008

The staff was really rude and seemed to rush us through the process even though they had no other customers??? It was like they were bothered by out business. I was much happier with the Color Me Mine pottery studio, the staff was much nicer and they had a much better selection. Pros: A good idea in theory Cons: rude customer service more

A great place to spend a few creative hours. The staff is really helpful and friendly, but not intrusive. The variety of pieces is pretty good for such a small place-especially the seasonal stuff. Turnaround time is good, too. A great place to go with kids, or by yourself. Pros: atmosphere Cons: parking more
