Top notch service - annual maintenance on our two A/C systems 6/6/2019

We have used CPA for several years now, beginning after they installed to Central Air Systems for us in our home. This is our first experience with Marlond. He did a great job, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was also thorough in explaining to us all he did in his visit. We would definitely use him again. more

CPS. Semi Annual Maintenance 5/23/2019

Each Spring and Fall CPS performs maintenance on my Gas Furnace and Central A/C system. Once in a while they will find an issue, like this year, a PVC drain line was leaking when the A/C system was turned on. They repaired the pipe during their normal maintenance process. Without the semi annual Maintenance on my system this issue could have developed during a hot spell and I would have been without the needed A/C. This semi annual maintenance provides piece of mind. Service calls for breakdowns in either the A/C or heating system are a thing of the past. Great company to do business with. They installed this Carrier system a number of years ago in one day. Very competitive pricing on this as well. After looking at three vendors CPS provided the best equipment at a lower cost than their rivals more

Miguel Soto on May 9th 5/10/2019

Very efficient & friendly technician. Suggested new filter, as old one was torn. Checked drain (problem last year led to closet damage). Also very nice & considerate. Admired our puppy & grandchildren. Please send him next time! more

They came early (with permission!)!) 5/8/2019

Working with CPS is always easy. From booking the appointments with Missy and others in the office to being notified when the worker(s) will be arriving. Miguel and Joey were able to come earlier than the estimated 2 hour window which was great. They were good sports about having to crawl around in our tight attic space to service the A/C and gave a comprehensive explanation of what was done. All with a smile! Thanks everyone! more

Over the years, we have had several different technicians service our furnace and air conditioner; Marlond was as good as the other technicians. His communication was clear and simple for me to understand complex system. In addition, Marlond was organized and did not leave a mess like many do when they come to do home checks. Continues the tradition 5/2/2019

Every service person that we have had from CPS Corp. over the years has been excellent and Miguel Soto continues that tradition. Today he had an apprentice with him to learn the trade and that alone shows that he is competent. He was courteous and pleasant and we highly recommend both him and the corporation. more

Miguel, called me at 8:00 to advise me he hit heavier than normal traffic and would be 12 minutes late. He arrived within the next 15 minutes. He was very fast, efficient and respectful of both me and my home. He completed the job 9:00 and told me my havoc was in very good shape. Miguel is very professional and should have the highest ratings. more
