Competent, courteous and professional. We had a complicated technical issue, and keith the tech found it with great care and method. And....oh yes...he was friendly.

Justin is professional, very knowledgeable, and very approachable. He arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time. Then reviewed the steps he would be taking. Yearly furnace checkup 10/28/2021

Curtis arrived at the correct time. Very pleasant, very considerate, and very knowledgeable. I was pleased with his service and and think he is one more good link at CPS, which I have been calling on for about 21 years. more

Paul's service was consistent with the highest quality service we have come to expect from CPS. He was very knowledgeable, very efficient, very thorough, very customer focused, and very attentive to preventative steps in a Covid-19 world. He also suggested additional steps we could take to get the most out of our heating and cooling assets. He is very very good at what he does. more

A/C Service 6/23/2020

Miquel serviced our A/C system today. During this Covid-19 crisis we are hesitant to allow people into our homes. However, CPS has created a system that puts customer at ease. They called to tell me who was coming and how they would put on booties wear a mask and keep their distance from me. They sent an email with a picture of Miguel with a bio so I would know it was him. He was professional, installed a new filter that I had on hand. He answered questions I had and was very personable. For some reason I can't fill in the "Rate It" area, so I would give it 5 stars. more

5 stars for CPS Corp for HVAC Maint 5/10/2020

CPS was recommended to us 6 years ago by a contractor and we've had them come each spring to check and maintain our 2-zone, 2-compressor central A/C. We appreciate that they contact us by mail in late winter to schedule the checkup, and call the day before to confirm the expected arrival time and let us know who the tech will be. Each time, their tech is friendly, professional, and gives us options and recommendations for preventative maintenance when appropriate. We would gladly have CPS take care of our heating system, but we have oil and at this time time they do not service oil burners. more

CPS Heating and Cooling 2/3/2020

I would recommend CPS Heating & Cooling. I had a problem with my furnace and I called early Monday morning and they sent someone within a half hour! Keith J. came and fixed my furnace in less than an hour. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use them for any future heating or A/C problems in the future. more

CPS has been servicing my heating and cooling from the time I moved into this townhouse. I have never had a bad experience. Miguel now feels like a friend. He know where everything is located and I am comfortable when he is here. I highly recommend CPS. more

Great Service 10/1/2019

Miguel showed up right on time. Very polite and knowledgeable . Checked out our heating system, replaced the filter, ran the heat to make sure everything was functioning properly, and gave us the OK. It was easy to make an appointment with the office and have used them for both my AC and heating system. Cannot say enough good things about them. more
