Unprofessional, disorganized and indifferent - words to describe our interactions with CPApartner and its management. As fellow business-owners, landlords and your average all-American family, our experience with them was by far the worst customer experience we've ever had. The IRS notified us a year after CPApartner did our return that a key peice of information was not completed and we owed almost $5K! Apparently, the tax preparer had an oversight and is now unreachable, the company could not produce key records of ours, they refused to pay the penalties and interest associated with their mistake and still owe us hundreds of dollars they promised to refund us for the tax preparation fee. Not to mention the blatant insults the owner sent us in writing, in what appeared to be an attempt to shrug off accountability and make it seem like WE were the bad guys. Three other customers have had similar issues with the bad service they received from CPApartner.
