This company is FRAUD. The lady owner is rude and disrespectful. They tell you a rate on the phone and then charge you additional fees and tread you to keep your car hostage if you don't pay. Will never due business with them. Be careful, they have listed themselves under multiple names. more

One of my students (a lovely lady who is a professor in Korea) locked her keys in her running car on Friday on a University campus. I called Coy's towing because I had used them before. The driver was extremely rude to her and tried to charge her double, presumably because she is not a native English speaker. My student said that this is the worst she has been treated in her 12 months in the USA. Please don't use Coy's. I will never recommend or use them again. more

Don't EVER EVER use this Tow Company 5/24/2010

Do not EVER use this company to tow your vehicle. The tow driver damaged my vehicle which was in perfect condition before I called for a tow. They will not admit to their mistake, refuse to let me speak w/ the owner and the tow driver fabricated a story blaming my husband for the damage. They are crooks as far as I am concerned. I will have to resort to legally suing them in order to get this resolved since they will not talk to me. Terrible customer service. more

I would recommend Coy's to anyone needing to tow their vehicle anytime. The driver that came to tow our vehicle after it broke down was very helpful and very, very nice. I give 5 stars to Patrick for being so nice...... You diffinately get top notch service with this company, from the dispatcher, when you first call to the driver, whom was there very promtly. Just ask for Patrick when you first call and he'll take care of you........... more

DO NOT USE 8/14/2008

This wrecker service should be closed down by the Better Business Bureau. We called to have a vehicle towed. We gave them the location and destination of the tow. We were quoted a price of $100.00. They took our information and towed the vehicle. When they got here the price had doubled to $191.00! This is twice of what we were quoted. They charged $1.00 more per mile than other towing services and $10.00 more for hook up than other towing services. We have called repeatedly to get this resolved since they charged it directly to our credit card and no one will call us back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH! more
